I. RESCHEDULING POLICY:

In the event that you need to miss a lesson, you MUST notify corporate at schedule@rockhomelessons.com 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled lesson date to receive credit for the lesson or no credit will be issued.

You will then have 2 options to use up your credit lesson:

1. Reschedule:

a. Simply move the lesson date to a different day/time that week. Ex: You reschedule your Thursday lesson to Friday.

b. Double up on time at your next lesson. Ex: You had to cancel last week's 45 minute lesson. Instead of having a 45 minute lesson this week you have a 90 minute lesson to make up for last week.

c. Have 2 lessons in 1 week. Ex: You had to miss last weeks lesson and instead have 2 lessons this week instead of the usual 1. *Each reschedule needs to be a whole lesson.

2. Re-platform: Make up your lesson online via Skype. This is great for students that are on vacation or outside their local city for a period of time. You will have the same "a" "b" and "c" options as #1.

*Should you be unable to meet with your in home instructor for any reason, you agree that delivering a Skype lesson will be equivalent to an in home lesson.

FAQ:

Q: What if I need to cancel my 3rd lesson this month?

A: Simply let us know 48 hours in advance to receive credit. You can then reschedule the lesson to a different day that week or double up on your lesson time the week prior or the week after. You can also take 2 lessons the week prior or the week after to make up for that canceled week. Refer to our "1.Reschedule" options above for further detail.

II. LESSON ADDITION POLICY:

We require a 24 hour advance notice if you would like to upgrade to a longer lesson time or increase the amount of lessons you take per month. Ex: You currently take 45 min lessons but want to upgrade to hour lessons. Or you currently take lessons once a week but wish to upgrade to twice or three times a week.

Your account will then be charged for the upgrade at the time of notice.

FAQ:

Q: Can I take lessons that are longer than hour lessons per week?

A: Yes, please contact us for special rates for 75/90 min lessons. The longest lesson time we offer is 90 min lessons. For true Rockstars only!

Q: Can I take lessons more than once or twice a week?

A: For sure! You can even take lessons 5 days a week if you want. This is great for students that are preparing for that special audition/performance.

III. LESSON PACKAGE POLICY:

Due to the high demand and scheduling commitments of our instructors as well as to maintain lesson consistency and student growth, students are recommended lessons on a consistent weekly basis.

Please understand that we are committing our talented, in-demand instructors to teach/mentor your son/daughter. Our instructors are highly trained professionals. When they're in lessons with your son or daughter, they're not in the studio working, not writing music, not rehearsing with their band, and not doing any of the other things they do to further their professional goals. They are 110% committed to molding your child into becoming the ultimate Rockstar!

Since we are booking our instructors time in advance, we require you use up your paid lessons within a set period of time. We recommend lessons once a week to maintain consistency and maximum growth.

Annual Students- Will have 64 weeks (16 months) to use up all 48 lessons.

Semester Students- Will have 32 weeks (8 months) to use up all 24 lessons.

Quarterly Students- Will have 16 weeks (4 months) to use up all 12 lessons.

Monthly Students- Will have 2 calendar months to use up all lessons paid for that month (ex: if you pay for 4 lessons in March, you are required to use up all 4 lessons by the end of April).

FAQ:

Q: What if I go on vacation?

A: Great question. Say you're on our most popular Quarterly Plan and you plan to go to Hawaii for the whole month of June. You can either "Reschedule" by doubling up on time for your lessons the month prior in May (Ex: You are taking 30 min lessons and instead do 60 min lessons for the month of May) or do 2 lessons a week instead of the usual 1 lesson per week for the month of May. This way you are using up your lessons for June in May before you leave for vacation. Another option is that you can "Re-platform" and take live online lessons via Skype while you're on vacation. Skype lessons are extremely convenient and can be taken regardless of where you are in the entire world. Plus, it wouldn't be such a bad thing to rock out while you're at your hotel next to the beach!

Q: What if my instructor leaves for tour for a few weeks?

A: Due to the quality of talent we hire, our instructors sometimes get picked up to tour with famous rock bands. In the event this happens, you would have the option of doubling up on lessons the month prior (similar to you going on vacation) or re-platforming so you continue taking lessons with them via Skype while they're on tour (subject to availability) or we can provide another great replacement instructor to keep you rocking (subject to availability in your area).

Q: Could you explain how your Annual Plan works?

A: Sure, it's very simple. Our Annual Plan provides you 48 lessons most commonly used for each week of the year (may take more than 1 lesson per week for accelerated progress). The time frame in which you use up all 48 lessons is entirely up to you but you must use up all 48 lessons within 16 months.

Q: Can I use up my lessons sooner?

A: Yes, say again you're on our Annual Plan. Our Annual Package states that you must use up all 48 lessons within a 16 month time frame. You have the option of using your lessons as fast as you want, meaning that you could do lessons twice a week for 6 months instead of lessons every week for 12 months.

Q: What happens around the holiday season?

A: To keep our students growing and to maintain momentum, we recommend students take at least 4 lessons per month. Say you are unable to take lessons the last 2 weeks in December due to Christmas/New Year's. Simply double up on your usual lesson time or take 2 lessons per week the first 2 weeks of December before the holidays. This could give you that extra practice to impress all the relatives at Christmas! For flexible options see our reschedule policy.
